Nutritional Information Mastika provides 500mg of Mastic Gum in each capsule. Suggested Daily Intake Take 2 capsules before bed with water for 4 weeks then 1 capsule a day as a maintenance dose. If preferred the capsules can be split and the contents mixed with water or a soft drink such as orange squash. Ingredients Each capsule contains Mastic gum, Dicalcium Phosphate, Gelatin (capsule shell), Microcryystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate. Variations in product colour may occur.
