 Rating:  - Lots of "crowd pleasing" recipes!I learned about this book from my local Raw Food Group that has potlucks once a month. My friend and I have served a few dishes from this book at that event and other events and everyone raves about the "eggless egg salad" (I LOVE IT myself). Also, the "raw tacos", "Thai Salad" (another TO DIE FOR recipe) and the "pierogies" are amazing! I can't tell you how many times I've made these recipes. I think that each recipe in the book has a picture of how it looks prepared. I love that in a cook book! I've definietly gotten my money's worth out of it! Rating:  - RawvolutionI thought this book was extremely well presented and have tried some of the recipes. The downside is that there weren't really that many recipes, I thought there might been a larger selection, but it was the first raw book I bought, so my hunt continues. |
