Rating: - Helped 100% with my IBS
I was introduced to Nerys and India's diet by my daughter who had lost weight in the right places and was feeling it easy to stick to. I started on the diet with confidence and find I am losing weight steadily over 14 weeks and have lost a stone - I find that my IBS which has made my life difficult for the past 12 or so years has almost completely disappeared and I no longer have to carry immodium - I suffered from very embarrassing wind which has cleared and although they did say in the book that this probably would happen I didn't really believe that it would. I intend to stick to their eating plan for life but will of course stray just a little on holidays or what ever - it has certainly helped me considerably.

I wondered when the nutters would come out of the woodwork? Just look at the head case review below! Such negative people should get themselves sorted out in the head. Maybe if he actually bought this instead of blabbing on about how it then it would sort his head out.
Rating: - Idiot Proof Diet by Neris and India
This is a first-class book if you want to lose a lot of weight, especially if weight has been an issue for you for a long time. India and Neris deal with the psychological factors honestly and with humour, going into the reasons we eat and what made us fat in the first place. It is only when we are in the right mindset that we can tackle the perhaps lengthy and life-long issue of losing that weight and becoming slender, fit and beautiful - for ever. Then India and Neris offer the tools to achieve this - a totally manageable diet, with ideas for fitness and making the very best of yourself with your clothes, hair and make-up. I've been embracing this way of eating for a year, the weight is coming off slowly, and I still have a way to go. One ... Read More:
Rating: - Liked the book but not the diet!
As entertainment fare this is pretty good, because it's a book about dieting that manages to raise more than a few smiles thanks to its witty and honest style. So it makes for good reading, but not long after I started following the suggestions I had a semi-blackout when I stood up, a most peculiar feeling that I am sure was related to my new diet. Yes I know we should all seek medical advice before going on any diet, but let's face it few of us bother and I thought it all seemed harmless fun, and I liked all the food I was eating. I can't blame the writers and anyway I'm sure there are numerous warnings within the book about the care that should be taken before embarking on a radically different eating regime. I wasn't on this diet long enough ... Read More:
Rating: - This book is for "normal" people ...
... who have tonnes of money to throw around. The writers of this book need a serious reality check. They don't seem to be in touch with what "real" people are like. The average member of the population cannot afford to eat the food suggested! Heck, they won't even be able to find it.
It's an excellent diet, if you live in London and earn a fortune (or have a rich hubby).
