Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Good in parts, but overall quite brief
This book is completely focused on women & female hormonal issues. If you suffer from PMS, take HRT or are going through the menopause, then this book is for you. The book discusses only oestrogen & progesterone. However, females also carry the male hormone testosterone, but there was no mention or discussion of this, or how an excess of testosterone in women could be managed. The author provides some good meal ideas - but no recipes are included.



Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The reasons and simple solutions to hormone problems.
For anyone who is cursed with 'dodgy' hormones and related symptoms, this book has to be a must. With its help I have eaten my way out of PMS. It is interesting, practical and even for a self confessed 'book-phobe' it is fantastically easy to read. Devastasting in some respects: Why wasn't I given this information earlier?
