Rating: - A great guidebook for kids of all ages!
Having just returned from a three day trip to Rome with my two chidren (aged 5 & 9)I can recommend this book with only a few smallreservations.
This has to be one of the most inspirational guidebooks I have read. Most are full of facts about the history of the place you are visiting or the people that lived there. This book only tells you the things you really want to know. My children loved being told the story about the girl who married a man who built a fountain for her only to move back home and cement up her windows when he turned out to be a gambler and crouching on the floor of the Panthenon to see the perspective change as the floor slopes away to the edges.
