 Rating: - Nearly out-of-date, but the best guide of its kind bar noneThis is truly the best independent directory of private medical care practitioners ever printed in the UK. We have used it now for some 10 years and the information remains highly relevant, albeit increasingly out of date. Compiled on the back of patient and GP referrals, the guide reflected the views of actual users of specialist medical care providers' skills. The specialities thus reported reflect the recommendations given by the parties concerned, rather than what the specialists might want to report themselves. Listings comprise qualifications, an explanation of the qualifications, awards, positions held (then current and historic), NHS practice, private practice address, and specialty areas of competence.
