 Rating: - Great hints & tips to let you enjoy low fat vegetarian dietHaving benn a veggie for nearly 15 years I am delighted that there are still some tricks to learn! I bought this book a few years ago with good intentions but a distrust of how tasty low fat food could be meant it was left unopened on the shelf until my partner and I embarked on a serious diet.....and wow I wish I had looked at it sooner. My other half (being a non-vegetarian) has been more than complimentary about the recipies and has mentioned how much easier it has been to stick to the diet when the food tates as good as it does. (and I think a comment like that from a meat eater is the best recomendation a veggie cookbook can have!) It would have been nice to have more pictures (as with most cookbooks)and I wish it ...
