Rating: - The Joy of Juicing
The benefits of juicing are enormous, by getting the essential vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables in a quick, digestible form. Juicing can provide a "meal in a glass" that can make a great snack or even a substitute for a meal in a calorie restricted diet, and for anyone who has to "eat and run", a tall glass of juice is the ultimate fast food. Part One is "The Basics", with excellent guidelines, including one page of "Juicing Tips" that I found useful. Part Two, "The Disorders", is the bulk of the book, and addresses common ailments and diseases, describes the condition, gives general recommendations, dietary modifications, nutrients that help, beneficial juices and suggested recipes.

Rating: - This Book is a must read!!
There are some who think that heredity is the #1 reason for cancer, but this book clearly explains that diet is the #1 reason because how can DNA be strong without good nutrition? How can new cells be buildt without the life giving force of vitamins and trace minerals? What made cells weak and toxic in the first place?, we hand down our diet from generation to generation!! What is heredity with cellular integrity? I cannot see how this book dosen't become a million dollar seller! I recommend this book highly.....Juice Power!!
Rating: - Very informative book.
I found this book to be quite interesting and informative. The different recipes that I chose to try from this book were very tasty and my family enjoyed them also.Even if the recipes don't cure the ailments that they are supposed to they get a person to try a healthy diet. I enjoyed this book immensely.
