 Rating:  - GOOD ideas but a few bad suggestionsI wanted to buy this book for a long time but it seemed that i was always put off in buying it. Maybe it was some higher power i dont know. But i wish i had listened to that gut feeling. In one chapter of the book Dr Jensens says that he often had strict vegetarians complain about the use of animal and animal by-products whilst on the bowl cleanse. He goes on to say that "the postive effects of the bowel cleanse will out weigh the negatives of using animal products" I dont think he understood that vegertarians refrain from using animal products of any kind because they believe it is unnecessary suffering and cruel. Also he advises to make your own colonic irrigation system. Its all here what to get, how ... Read More: Rating:  - Good advice, simply written, but life changing!I would like to personally thank Dr Jensen for taking time to write this book of his life's work. It is full of suggestions for changes to diet which can change the way you eat, and your health, for good. I completed the 7 day cleanse - minus the 'colemas' which looked far too awkward to try at home! - the results were amazing non the less. It was hard to believe how much debris had collected in my colon. I emerged several pounds lighter and ready to rebuild my system following Dr Jensen's advice. My recommendation is to follow the cleanse - hard work on the will power but worth it. Some of the supplements were expensive and hard to track down but I managed to find them all eventually.
