Rating: - Juice Bible - very recommended
I received this book as a freebie when I ordered my Juice Lady from QVC recently. It is such a helpful book, full of different juice recipes for different ailments. I have CFS (M.E.) and found that particular section of great use. I have asked my daughter to pick up a watermelon for me while she is in Sainsbury's as I want to try the watermelon juice!
Very much recommended for anybody who likes fresh juices and you don't need to buy the Juice Lady to use this book.
Rating: - great resource to treat health problems using foods & herbs
This book is great for those of us who like to use alternative therapies instead of, or as well as conventional medicines. The main focus is using the health promoting properties of different types of food, and juicing or blending them in various combinations to help treat health problems. The writer has provided a rationale for each problem and the reasons why the certain combination of food are effective. Some of the problems mentioned are depression, premenstrual tension, arthritis, and colds. For each problem there is also a section on herbal remedies and changes to diet including vitamins and minerals. This book is a valuable resource - try it.

If the authors read this page, please contact me as i have a business proposal for you here in London. I was very inspired by your book and am planning to set up a juice bar, with 'at risk' young people as an alternative to the drug / drink culture. I am not very internet clued up.
