 Rating: - AN EXCELLENT COMPANION TO 'FIRST STEPS IN WINEMAKING'If you have enjoyed the delights of CJJ Berry's 'First Steps in Winemaking', then this is an ideal companion and the logical next step. Although one or two of the recipes have been repeated from the first book, this contains over 130 mouth-watering recipes for home-made 'country' wines. Even at today's prices, they can work out as little as 20p per 75 cl bottle!! Unlike the first book, the wines are listed in alphabetical order rather than seasonally which makes them easier to locate. The only problem I found was deciding which to make first and having to limit production to the space available in the house.
