Rating: - Chinese Vegetarian for the health-conscious
The recipes in this book are unusual, in that you won't find too many recipes that you will find familiar.
However, the emphasis of this book is on health and as such, the way of healthy eating in Chinese Philosophy is also different.
The only problem I found with it, is that unless you live next door to a Chinese Supermarket, a lot of the ingredients are really hard to find and you will have to learn how to substitute or just use the recipes, for which you can actually get the ingredients.
I have to say, that there are one or two very good recipes here and worth it just for these.
