Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - If you already cook, don't get this book
If you already cook, don't get this book! It's fine if you've never made meals for limited diets before but the recipes are limited. A good portion of them use the same ingredients - eg stoir fry with lamb stir fry with pork stir fry vegetables etc. I think that's cheating. I wanted a book where each recipe was different. And nothing about down to earth stuff, like birthday cakes or pizza without gluten (and not from packet mixes either).The author says all the things she lists are available in supermarkets, not in mine they're not.

Geeta's amazing book has meant that food has taken on a whole new meaning. I have always been conscious of what I eat and I have a very healthy diet, but I do suffer from a sunflower seed allergy.

Her book has provided many exciting new ideas all beautifully presented. What's more her love of cooking and of her family really shines through, with some touching pictures of her children.

I highly recommend this cook book - it will be the only one you will need in your kitchen!

This book really fills a niche in the market by making those who have severe alleriges feel that they can sit enjoy the same food as the rest of the family!The recipes are easy to prepare, tasty and enjoyed by all of my family, not just my son who has severe dairy and egg allergies.

An excellent book with really easy to follow but imaginative recipes for delicious food. There is a surprising variety of food for an allergy recipe book and the ingredients are easily obtainable. Anyone with allergies trying these recipes will feel like they are eating normal but not mundane food! Like me, you don't need to have allergies to try these recipes. You will keep wanting to try more and more of the recipes and, if like me, you like to cook, you will want to read the book cover to cover the minute you have bought it!
