 Rating:  - Not worth the moneyI wouldn't recommend this book to anyone who isn't used to cooking with American measurements. I have found it very difficult to convert the recipes to English measurements and some of the recipes haven't been that good because of this. It's a lot of money for what it is. Rating:  - Awsome!This was our first vegan cookbook and we had a field day testing the recipes! My daughter loves the knishes and the vegan lasagne, and the recipes are easy to follow as well as delicious. Throughout the text are cute stories and tidbits of info for new vegans, and the introduction is a good explanation of the "basics." (Like what to do with that jiggling tofu cube, etc.) Enjoy!! |
