Rating: - Delicious interesting recipes but high in fat
If you are looking to buy a salad recipe book to reduce your fat intake this book won't help you. I found that almost all of the recipes are very high in fat so they probably aren't all that healthy. If you are just looking for interesting new salad recipes this is an excellent book and I would give it 5 stars on that basis but be warned some of these contain as much fat as a hamburger.
If you are trying to watch your fat intake I would recommend The Australian Women's Weekly 501 Low-fat recipes. This book also has a small section on salads.
