I got the airbed delivered this morning, the quality is there and there is a punture repair patch as well. I found it was inflated within 5 minutes. Instead of using my foot I used my hand to pump it up via the internal pump. I laughed at some of the reviews which said it took them over half an hour to put it up, all I can say is WIMPS!

While there's a knack to getting the pump working (you need to seal the hole completely with your foot on the down stroke and then remove it to let air in on the up stroke - barefoot is best), once you've got it worked out this is a great spare bed.
I live in a small flat and this blows up quickly, is big enough to sleep on but light enough to move out of the way during the day and it is comfy enough for a few nights. I've had no complaints from guests and I've slept on it myself for a few nights (and I agree with putting a spare duvet or blanket on the top of the mattress for more warmth, but I'm a cold bod).
One tip: I have fake wood floors and the mattress squeaks terribly with every movement. Put a sheet between ... Read More:

I wasn't sure about this item after looking at mixed reviews. I can't see how people are having problems with inflation, it was easy -if you read instructions properly.
It was comfortable and easy to pack away. I was very pleased with the product, especially with the price!

Having read all the unconvincing reviews I bought this with intrepidation mainly becuase it was last minute and I needed something quickly and I havent been dissappointed. I inflated it with ease in about 5 - 10 minutes and it has been slept on now for over a week and has only needed a bit more air once, admittedly it has only been a 12 year sleeping on it, but it has stayed inflated.

I never had an airbed before, so I was a bit worried reading some reviews on Amazon. It was because the half price offer, I finally decided to order one. I don't know why others had bad experience, as I did not and I found it was so easy to use.
Basically what you need to do are:
(1) Plug the air outlet with a plastic cap available.
(2) Unplug the cap of the built in foot pump and start pumping. When pumping use a bit of your common sense so that you let the air get in through the inlet. Keep on pumping until it reach your ideal pressure.
(3) Plug back the cap to the air inlet of the pump.
In my experience, the airbed was ready in less than half an hour. In my opinion, the material used is rather ... Read More:
