This book is a little gem; easy, quick recipes for any ability. The good thing about this book is that it does not treat raw eating as a prescription-like regime. This elavates it over myriad diet/lifestyle books for the health obsessed reacting to the latest health scare or diet fad in circulation! The authors, (a mother and daughter team) have a very personable style, referring often to their herb gardens, vegetable plots and blissful family meals--positively Darling Buds of May! The version I have was written twenty years ago and I hope it hasn't been updated for the 21st century! The food is great, plenty of inspiration, 99% of the ingredients used were familiar which is always a good sign and it's easily the best recipe book I own.
