A practical handbook well worth the cover price that will be useful to anyone who is embarking upon the long road of implementing ISO14001, or who would like a better understanding of how the standard is put together. If you are using external consultants to help your implementaion, you should definately get this book...it is a fraction of the cost of a consultant and will at the very least enable you to ask sensible questions about the approach taken by the consultant to your specific organisation. A word of warning though, although this book is a very good guide to the standard and the sample procedures are thorough and easily understood you will have to do a fair amount of work to get the system to reflect your particular organisation. You can't buy this book on a Tuesday and have your organisation acheve the standard a week later.
