Many of the diets on the market at the moment are aimed primarily at meat eaters. You have to adapt the diet to suit a vegetarian's needs. This book takes all the hassle out of weight loss. All the plans are aimed at vegetarians and all the recipes are veggie (some are even vegan). You can also chose which sort of diet you want to follow - low fat, calorie counting or food combining. With the extra sections on the psychological issues surrounding weight loss and even a section on yoga (!) this book has LOADS of useful information. I thoroughly recommend it - especially at the price. More books for dieting veggies please!

this book gives two methods of weight loss - food combining and calorie counting. You choose the method best suited to yourself. There are loads of easy to follow recipies and tips on nutrition along with excercises. There is also a section on weight maintenance once your diet has finished. It is useful to find a diet book where you can use all the recipies!
