- The book I've been waiting for!
The dressings described in this book are so so straightforward to make and are not just for salads! All you seem to need is a few ingedients and a jam jar to shake it all up in! Each dressing has very helpful suggestions of things that it would go really well with...these include everything from your usual everyday foods such as lettuce, pasta and salmon through to the more exotic, such as scallops, sea bass, goat's cheese and guinea fowl. Great for dinner parties! The variety of dressings you can make from this book is fantastic. Whatever you want to cook, there's a dressing in this book that will make it incredibly special. Check out the Blueberry Dressing as a suggested accompaniment to chicken, avacado or asparagus. The book is really well indexed, so you can either look up a specific dressing, or a particular food that you would like a dressing for. Finding this book has made my day!
