- Fantastic!
Gosh, I 've bought so many Wii games recently and this has got to be the cream of the crop.
1.)Think of it as Mortal Combat, but with all the characters you grew up playing on Nintendo.
2.)It has a lots of extras, like the mini games, and creating your on play stages. It has also good training levels as well.
3.)Be aware that the games "does not use Wii motion" so the controlling is pretty much like past generation gaming. ie gamecube.
4.) Good graphic, excellent game play and some of the best stories line will keep you hooked for hours.
I think overall this will appeal to the more hardcore players, if you where looking for a wii workout type of game, then this is not for you.

ths single player is challenging and well worth it
you get to unlock loads of different things like old-style music, different characters, stages and its just great fun
multiplayer is a lot similar to gamecube with the percentages and at the end we always laugh at whos self-destructed XDD
overall great game for nintendo people :D

.......this game is stupidly addictive*.
I had been debating on weather to get a Wii or not for quite some time, this game managed to persuade me to buy one. All your classic nintendo are here (mario, luigi, wario, link, samus, kirby etc etc) and many more.
Although this game is great for multiplayer and online play, the single mode is also awsome and the story mode alone takes at least a good 8 to 10 hours** to complete.
This is by far the greatest fighting game i have ever played and possibly the best game I have ever played (easily the most addictive). Thank you Nintendo for bringing us this amazing game.
* Based on me playing this well in to the early hours of the morning.

yeh so i bought smash bros brawl when it was released and i have to say i'm very impressed, i like the choice of new characters and there are some really cool new features, such as the co-op mode and the single player story mode. Another really impressive feature is this thing called a 'smash ball' its basically an item that pops up at random that once hit a few times will be able to be used by the character to unleash his/her smash move, which is basically a KO punch and is near guaranteed to make your opponent to go flying
I am also very glad there have returning stages from smash bros melee. In addition the online feature is very entertaining, probably the best new feature although it can be a bit slow at times. This is yet again another solid installment in the smash bros series and another successful nintendo original.
initially i thought why nintendo made no features with the wii-mote, as this game makes absolutely no use of it, but i came to the conclusion that was the best decision, of all games this game would make no sense to have any fancy wii-mote features and it just would of made the game flimsy and have a less arcade feel to it, so no complaints there.
I do have a few quibbles however. I don't really like the fact that the original or returning smash bros characters have little modifications to their moves list, all of there moves are pretty much the same, with a few fancy tweeks here and there, (i.e. links special move where he swings his sword in a circle is now held and charged as oppose to just being executed on the spot). I felt the best option would be to have new moves list for these characters with the option to change a moves list for them, or have the old skool versions as unlockable characters.
Make no mistake about it, this is an awesome game and i guarantee that it will provide you with hours of fun with you and your mates or on your own at times!

Super smash bros. brawl is the game you have to get if you have got a wii. The graphics are the best i have seen on the wii, and it will give you hours of fun. With a whole load of unlockables it makes it a very addictive game. Also with a highly fun adventure mode which is a great idea.
Fun; 10/10,
It has so much to do like special brawls, adventure mode and stage builder there is no end to the amount of fun the game has.
Graphics; 10/10
Easily the best graphics of the wii, and the movies on adventure mode are brillant!
Online; 9/10
The online feature is a great bonus to the game, the only reason why i have not given a 10 is the annoying friend codes.
Overall; 10/10
A must buy if you have a wii !!!
