Comments: Received a polite email stating book was damaged and offering a refund by cheque. I asked for refund from Amazon - this took a week. I note at least 20 other comments where seller did not have the book in a saleable condition after a sale had been made. The seller should check stock before wasting people's time. I also don't appreciate being asked by email not to leave negative feedback.
