I can see how this might work for some people, but it definitely wont work for me. I have IBS which is triggered by dairy amongst other things, and a lot of these recipes have things that I cant eat suxh as butter and cream, although they do sound tasty.
However, my main concern with this book is the misleading information. Reference to good fats in butter and double cream, in my opinion, is complete nonsense. The fats found here are saturated fats, the bad kind. The 'good fats', or fatty acids, that are an essential part of our diet are found in foods such as nuts, avocados, olive oil and oily fish, NOT butter and cream.
