I love all of the previous Skinny Bitch books, especially the authors' assertive approach to nutrition, weight loss and life.
So, I bought their latest "Skinny Bitchin'" expecting more great content, and also some workbook exercises etc. I thought this would be the perfect book to help form - and follow through on - those new years resolutions. I was very disappointed to find that this is little more than a notebook, with a few quotes and a couple of cutesy drawings. Leaving you to fill in the blanks..... literally. I only wish I'd picked it up in a book store - and would have realised this early and not purchased it!! I still love the original books, but feel a bit ripped off by this one. ...
