This book represents a thorough study of agricultural practices in different parts of africa (surprisingly not much about Kenya). It is useful if you want to learn about different techniques but not a good reference book so requires careful reading. I have not yet appreciated its quality as find it quite difficult to maintain interest in the book. I can see its potential for research though.
