This book starts off with some nice recepies like "coffe and Walnut cake" and a very interesting fruit cake recepie, You will also find a meringue recepie and various recepies to make cookies. Lots of photographs troughout the book and a section to learn making your own cake stand, the use of dowels and pillars is well explaned too. The designs are clean and neat, classical: lace designs, painitng technique explained and a nice section on choccolate work. At the back there is a section on patterns too. Recommended
