Placed order at 8 o'clock on Monday evening. Received confirmation of payment and dispatch at 10:45 Tuesday morning. Delivered in good condition to my home address at 12:55 Thursday. That is an excellent delivery time to the Isle of Man. First class service from Netgadgets. What more can you ask?
And the Tripod - well, opening the box - no instructions? - no problem. Assembly and set up could not be simpler. Have they sent me the right tripod? Well the order said HQ, this says Konig. Ah! I see. Same thing, different label. There's two boxes, one with the tilt/pan head and one with the tripod. I just fit the two bits together.
