I've only recently started having a go at making my own bread - and by that I mean a couple of weeks ago! However, I decided to invest in a couple of books so I would be able to make something different as well as basic plain everyday bread. And man am I glad I did it!
The book arrived less than a week ago and I've done nothing ever since other than make bread!
All the recipes are very clear, easy to understand and the sheer variety of them left me gobsmacked.
If you're thinking about getting this book, just do it! You won't regret it! I'm certainly glad I bought it.

Since this book purports to have 400 recipes that are "Fat Free or Low Fat" I was surprised to find, for example, a dessert recipe containing 422Kcals per portion with 18.5g fat of which 2.32g was saturated fat. I had purchased two copies of this book as gifts for a couple of my Weight Management clients. Both were disappointed with the recipes it contained and one actually returned it to me unused.
Good introduction with guidelines on Fat-Free Cooking Methods. Beautiful pictures, easy ... Read More:
