even though it is falling to pieces through over-use! I bought mine years ago for ajust a couple of recipes, but find it increasingly lives on the kitchen worktop as I now do some casual catering - great range for freezer standbys, family feasts, etc. But best of all is the recipe for gingerbread hearts, which I use to make gingerbread angels every Christmas for kids - it is gingery enough without being overwhelming, and at the school Christmas fair, they disappear before any of the cakes! I'd recommend it every time.
