I was VERY disappointed with this bookLET...not only diminutive in size, but in scope. Very sparse on hard information, it would be a suitable small gift for someone appreciative of thoughtful gestures. But for a serious gardener, it is scarcely worth looking at. The cultural information it contains can be gleaned from a paragraph or two in virtually any gardening reference volume. I am even less satisfied to have paid a higher postage rate for delivery to my French address, money which could have gone towards the purchase of a larger book containing solid information- not jokey writing and line drawings- at the same delivery cost. NOT recommended to serious gardeners!
