I found this book simple to read and full of useful information - especially the chapter about all the different types of HRT and their ingredients and why it is important not just to stick to one type, one dose. So many women get stuck on one that does not suit them. It helped me weigh up the pros and cons of HRT and why it is important to consider it as a treatment in particular for early menopause.
I have a child and was fine about not being able to have any more at 36 so the emotional stuff this book covers about that aspect of POF was not relevant to me. It is a practical and empathetic book that covers a wide range of useful information whatever implications POF may have for you. >>More Details |
