 Rating: - Fantastic recipesI have a whole shelf full of vegan cookbooks and most of them get used for only a couple of recipes, but this book is outstanding. Every recipe I have tried so far has been great and even more importantly, my picky kids love them too. This afternoon I made the brownies and they are to die for. I have been trying different brownie recipes for years ever since I became vegan and all of them have been disappointing but these are really the best brownies I have ever tasted. The recipes in this book are exciting without being weird or requiring a whole range of hard to get ingredients. I can't recommend this book highly enough. |
