The book is exactly what I was looking for - all the receipes I need for a wheat/dairy free diet. The smell of home cooked bread is wonderful but continuing to make it for everyone to eat except me is torture. If you are a UK resident sadly you ARE going to have problems. All the measurements given are American: cups/teaspoons/tablespoons. For anyone who is interested, a British teaspoon is equivalent to 1.5 American. So be careful. I'm currently having difficulty converting the spoon measurements. Cups are no problem. My Panasonic breadmaker (a truly wonderful machine!) came with a measuring cup for liquid, which also has American measurements marked on it.
