I found this book to be a really useful read, it gives the reader sensible step by step instructions on how to carry out a safe 'fast'. Telling you what to expect. There are quite a few examples of people who have benefitted from such a programme. There is a spiritual side to it as well and I liked that.

This book certainly tells you about the amazing uses for Cider Vinegar and it's medicinal value. That's great.
It also displays the Bragg families enthusiasm and belief in the healthy lifestyle, I will be giving it a go myself. But the book is not an easy read, and the reader needs to constantly refer back to the contents page to figure out where they are. It's contents are all over the place and seems to me to be trying to be constantly selling their own products. Having said that it's a good informative read, as long as you can deal with the somewhat confusing layout of the book, and also their religious enthusiasm then this is worthwhile having on your shelf!!! >>More Details |

I find that this book enlightened me to what really happens to the water we drink, and why we shouldn't be drinking it. Anyone who is concerned about their health and that of their loved ones should read and reread this book. It took me a little over a day to read this wonderful inspirational book. It made me question why chemicals are being put in our water and write to my representatives (congress, president,and vice president) to urge them to mandate laws against putting poisonus matter in our water. I took the info in this book and did some addtional research. The words they say are true. You won't be disappointed.
