Books : Australia (Lonely Planet Country Guide)

Australia (Lonely Planet Country Guide)

by: Tony Wheeler

This book is the de-facto book.
I travelled Oz and Tas on it, as do most other travellers.

If you want a guide book, go get one, this will tell you everything in a concise way - as this is what a traveller needs.

Books : Mastering the Isda Master Agreement: A Practical Guide for Negotiations (FT Market Editions)

Mastering the Isda Master Agreement: A Practical Guide for Negotiations (FT Market Editions)

by: Paul Harding
December 04, 2003

Vegetarian Books Price: Â£80.00

Used Price: £72.67

This is an incredibly useful book for professionals involved in the preparation and negotiation of ISDA documentation. The overview of the Master Agreements is very clear (and helpfully set out) with legal and commercial issues being identified and addressed succinctly but in enough detail to be meaningful. On my desk the book comes into its own in its review of the negotiation of Schedules and, although it cannot cover off all possible counterparties or every issue on complex transactions, it is the best treatment of these documents I have come across. Highly recommended.
