A friend bought me this book as a present about five years ago and I think it's one of the best presents I've ever had. The recipes are really easy to follow and pretty quick to make and there are lots of really handy hints on how to do things like char grilling peppers. The best thing about this book for me is the sauces used in her recipes which I've adapted to use in my own dishes - for example I use the sauce in her Thai-Style Chicken Noodle Salad recipe to make vegetarian chow mein. The pictures are great too as they actually bear some resemblance to what you prepare yourself. This book is great for anyone who wants to eat healthily without slaving over the stove for hours.

My other half (being a non-vegetarian) has been more than complimentary about the recipies and has mentioned how much easier it has been to stick to the diet when the food tates as good as it does. (and I think a comment like that from a meat eater is the best recomendation a veggie cookbook can have!)
