I was sceptical at first. Thought it might be another well-packaged pseudo-spiritual self-help manual with a knowing twist ("Hey! We're monks, and we breed dogs! Kerrr-azy!"). If you want to find a bit of calm in the hectic whirl of your life (and let's face it, isn't that cover aimed at people who whirl? All that clean white space?) then DON'T read this book.
