I bought this book several years ago (when it was first published) and I have to say I use it every single week, multiple times a week. My families favourite recipes are out of this cookbook and my husband doesn't even know he's eating "diet" food. The Orange-crumbed chicken is fabulous. Together, my husband and I have lost over 50 lbs and are still working on losing more. We can do it long term only with cookbooks like this. Sure wish they would published another one as we've tried every single recipe in the book. Only a few of the recipes were "failures" (didn't suit our tastebuds).

Well, what can I say the title says it all really! This book is brilliant, just like eating from a take-away but without all the fat! Highly recommend it to people who like their take-aways at weekend!

I have just received this recipe book and although I am sure the recipes are delicious I think it should be mentioned that not many of the recipes are illustrated, something I prefer as I like to know what its supposed to look like and secondly many (if not all the recipes) are american and therefore use some ingredients which you either don't know what they are (eg cilantro) or can't find here (eg graham crackers)- just worth mentioning I felt!

As a lover of pasta I could eat it three times a day forever, this book is brilliant, the language used is simple without being patronising, the recipes are easy to follow and quick to make, a good selection so each meal is different. This is an easy way to lose weight without missing out on good food, if you're a pasta lover that is, but I'm sure there is something here to tempt the most discerning of diners.

Some very interesting recipes, but written for the American market - the measurements are in cups (although with details of conversion) and there are lots of ingredients that would be very difficult to find in the UK.

In spite of good intentions,I've never used this book because it requires measuring in the American cup system. I'm still loathe to use metric and rely on my trusty imperial scales, but this is a cup too far. Also the book assumes you understand the Weight Watchers points system. I've never been to WW (nor do I have any inclination to) so this book has left me wanting more than it was prepared to offer.
