This is worth the money, it is everything it says!...The children love it too!...It has a column for everyone, with plenty of room to write in or add the stickers provided eg dentist, party, holiday and so on.there is a pocket at the bottom to put in lightweight paper bits eg party invites, appointment cards ect....Overall we were all very pleased and I am sure you would be too!.

This was the first Usborne book I bought for my son, and it's still one of his favorites. He loves to roar along with each lion and find the tactile part of the pages. A beautiful book, wonderfully illustrated and excellent for the age group. A definite must-have!

This was my 11 year old's book which I picked up before taking a long train journey. I'm not too sure what I was expecteing but it certainly wasn't the enrichment I got from reading this book in a few hours.
Great for kids & great for adults.
It's written in a very approachable style with good descriptive passages & the story is revealed at a steady pace.
If you're looking for something for your 9 - 13 year old, get this - it's contemporary & cool. If you fancy a go yourself, go ahead - it's got a decent story to it.
It was also made into a film by Disney which perhaps adds to the deal.
Ginger snaps is all about a girl called Ginger Brown who used to be a loner, but is now popular thanks to a makeover but when her and he best freind Shannon make over old freind Emily in the same way. Ginger falls in love with a weird boy will Ginger and Shannon's freindship last?

This is a great series. I think this as as good as Silverfin and Hurricane Gold, I did not care for 'By Royal Command' much, it was boring in places. Duoble or Die was a great real life story, James is up to his old tricks and meets up with an old friend and again has a girl falling for him.

This childrens book was one of the best books my twin 4 year olds really enjoyed and participated.English being their second language and mums first I wanted to introduce and extend their vocabulary.I find songs very successful in doing this but the combination of the book and CD was a success story as it combined image and sound..Magnificent art work ,the dragon theme a favourite with the boys and the music well...brilliant ,so easy for them to pick up the words and soothing sounds.Highly recommended for young children in general ,great gift idea and nice to see some things dont change in 35 years.

I introduced my daughter to this book a month ago when she was 9 months old, and it is by far her favourite book. She crawls over to it and lobs other books out of the way to get to it, and then happily sits turning the pages and opening and closing the flaps, she can't get enough of it no matter what time of day it is, although we also read it every night before bed as well. We've had to buy a second copy as I know she's going to tear something soon, but to date it has withstood her vigorous opening/closing/page turning! I would highly recommend it.
