In spite of good intentions,I've never used this book because it requires measuring in the American cup system. I'm still loathe to use metric and rely on my trusty imperial scales, but this is a cup too far. Also the book assumes you understand the Weight Watchers points system. I've never been to WW (nor do I have any inclination to) so this book has left me wanting more than it was prepared to offer.
