After trying many recipes from this book, I am yet to find one I dislike, my favourites being the fruit-based ones such as "c-plus" and "back to school". I find it helpful that it gives vital statistics, i.e. the vitamins contained and what the juice is good for, e.g. colds, blood pressure etc. There are also sections on shakes and smoothies, alcoholic juices and a guide to health-giving ingredients. Although there are no pictures, the pages are very colourful and informative. Good for anybody interested in juicing, and suitable for adults and children alike.

A superbly well written book which covers a wide subject area concisely. This book manages to be interesting and informative, and certainly has benefits to give those who follow its wise words. As the son of a person who is suffering final stage bowel cancer i believe that i am in a good position to judge the truth of the content of Juicing Therapy. Just three weeks ago, my mother was lacklustre and without energy, after reading and 'digesting' the information in Dr Jensens book (and obviously using it), there is a considerable improvement. Nothing else we've tried has worked! This book has information that should be of interest to all those who need or like to look after their health - and in my experience it is solid information.

Different gurus try to differentiate themselves by "Thinking out of the box" - this has been thrown about so much, that in its self is a "marketing ploy"..
Fallon has taken us back to our roots and broken down what people want. Simple and effective ideas!
I originally bought this book for my Mum who recently bought a juicer, however, after reading through the first couple of pages I decided to try it, especially as I hate veggies and eat little fruit. It's a really good way to boost your immunity and the juices taste great, especially apple and apricot!! Caroline Wheaton explains clearly the benefits of each fruit and veg in terms of nutritional value and also prescribes juices for different symptoms such as PMS, cramp, acne and diarrhoea etc. Also juices for healthy skin, nails and hair. A great investment at little cost and no risk!!

This is the second book I bought on juicing and I don't recomend it if you are starting out because although the information seems very interesting and complete I find that you need too many ingredients. There are some additional interesting detox plans for varied conditions which can be useful. I enjoyed the book but have not been able to try out many recipes because I just don't have such a variety of ingredients in my house at one time.
