My three-year-old loves this book. She chose it herself because it has a lion on the front, but what is inside keeps her coming back. She wants me to sing it to her over and over again and does all the motions. She now has it memorized. It gets a little tedious alone, but it seems to be contagious, because my husband and older daughter inevitably end up singing along.

This beautifully illustrated book has been a firm favourite in our house. It contains most of the well known nursery rhymes (with all the verses) and some rhymes that I didn't know. The pictures are totally enchanting and my children have loved just looking through them even though they are not able to read yet. No other nursery rhyme book that I have ever seen (and we have quite a few) has come close to this one.I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This is a great collection of songs, well set to music and with good vocals that don't grate on parents! My toddler loves it and it is great to use for action rhymes as there are loads of action songs.
