A movie for anyone who knows what it feels like to be completely in love but has had to hide their feelings away. This is a beautiful portrail of a romance between two girls at a bording school who have to keep their love for one another a secret. When Tori's sister barges in on her and paulie in bed together Tori tells everone that Paulie came on to her and in an attempt to prove to everyone she is not gay, she throws herself at the first guy she sees. Even though she is in love with Paulie, she is ashamed of being gay. Paulie then tries everything she can to win back her love with no holding back. A powerful and dramatic ending. Definitly a must see for all my fellow lesbians.

Like many of you I adored the books by L.M.Montgomery and was entranced as a child by this adaption of Anne of Green Gables. I always hoped they would take the series further and was delighted when The Continuing Story was made. However, this is a warning to true Montgomery fans - The Continuing Story is disappointing in that unlike the first two series, it is a completely different story to what was written. I would have liked to have seen her daughter Rilla, and her struggles with a beau away at war (in the books Anne is a middle aged Mother by this time, happily married to Gilbert and with many children). It is strange to go from having Anne of Green Gables so lovingly and faithfully adapted to this misfit and because I had read the books ... Read More:

Flashy, symbolic and quite powerful account of the 1913 U S Open where local amateur Francis Ouimet(Shia LeBeouf)goes head to head with Ted Ray(Stephen Marcus)and the legendary Harry Vardon(Stephen Dillane)for the title.
Written by Mark Frost(based on his excellent book of the same name),Bill Paxton(he also directed Frailty- a very under-rated horror film)imbues the proceedings with visual tricks worthy of a Fatboy Slim video and it works brilliantly.Golf has never been this kinetic on screen before.
Beautiful to look at with genuine period flavour and with it's sporting cliches punched across,Greatest... is rich entertainment.LeBeouf is fine as the rabbit caught in the headlights of two towering players and Dillane as the troubled and ... Read More:

Watching this very good transfer on the Prism release, its hard to imagine that anyone could remake a better version of this story. Walken is quite simply perfect for the lead role and despite its age (and his haircut) this feature has stood the test of time exceedingly well. I found the sound and widescreen transfer on this release far better than on some of the other studio releases. The lack of extras cannot dock a star because the picture and feature are near perfect. A must-have for all King fans and highly recommended if you haven't seen or heard of it.

Ahhh, I was so excited to relive the nostalgia, and watch some cool deleted scenes and a 'making of', but alas, what a let down.
Yes, this was a great film when I was 15, and maybe even in my 'partying' 20s, but Im afraid the animation feels so dated, the stories are just adolescent and plain now. Its nice to see Mobeius and Corbin again, and some funny huge breasted women but the wobbly animation looks drawn by artists not animators. Worse so, theres really only one deleted scene, which turned out to be what would of been one of the coolest stories/animations (what were they thinking!?)
The making of was hardly that, more like old farts trying to sell this movie again and reliving their stoner days.... where was any of the art design and ... Read More:

A man is about to get married and on his stag night ends up in bed with another woman.Quite a dilemma when you see how great each of the women are but will our hero make the right decision and choose the woman who is most compatible with him.First he has to find out what makes him tick.
A consistently funny film from beginning to end, a bit slow moving at times, but for some people who are fed up with action, action, action, this film will be a welcome break from endless turmoil.

It is utterly pity that this TV series is not available for other countries but Canada and US of A. How come? What's the reason. Could be nice money making option. The first ones: Tales of the city and More tales of the city were absolutely fabulous stories authentically describing San Francisco life.
Come on and release the third one too for the rest of the world!!!!

In many ways I really like this film, it's an unusual kind of film, dark, atmospheric with good solid and effective performances from both Crispin Glover and R Lee Ermey.
The thing that upsets me about this film though is that this could have been a great black comedy or at least a good solid horror film, but the director/writer (or both) did not have the conviction to really go for it in either direction and so we're left with a film that feels like an opportunity for a cult classic which has been missed, this is a real shame as everything else was in place for it to be just that.
There is certainly scope for a sequel here, but lets hope that it's directed in the write way if there's to be one, well worth checking out, possibly to rent ... Read More:

I thought this film was (no other word for it) crap.......
My other half didn't even bother to watch the end....i only watched it as i have an annoying habit of having to see things through to the end whilst praying the end is going to be amazing and make up for the other hour of rubbish - it didn't!
having said that..if i was still 15 i might have identified more with it and subsequently enjoyed it....
Finally, i couldn't help but feel uncomfortable withg the "love" scenes considering the age of the girls...it just didn't feel right to be watching....
