This third sequel is a real disappointment, unsurprisingly. Aimed purely at those with an attention span of a nanosecond, it's virtually non-stop explosions, car and motorcycle chases, fights, continual urgent instructions into mobile phones, everything but two vital ingredients - a plot and intelligent dialogue. But then sadly they don't seem to rank as important anymore amongst many young film fans at which this film is largely aimed I suspect. Oh, if you count the "where is Jason Bourne, we need to find him and take him down" line, repeated enough times in the film, I guess that might loosely count as a plot. The special effects are excellent, no question about that. But overall this film really is a load of tosh, dwelling in fantasy land ... Read More:

I bought this because it would save me space. It's the size of a normal DVD box, feels great and looks slick.
The DVD's in themselve are great as everyone knows. A fourth? It might be in the pipeline but wasn't written by the guy who wrote the original books.
The story as it goes in brief if you haven't already discovered. Bourne is an agent for the US government. Sent to do a job which goes array. He losses his memory and from the beginning of the first film, Bourne tries to recall who he is and tries to work out his memories.
The plot starts in the Med. and takes us on a rollercoaster of a ride. Visiting all the big hitters in Europe. France, Germany, England to the USA for a grand finale.

James Bond is for children. Jason Bourne is for adults with childish fantasies of being a secret agent. All the Bourne movies are fantastic entertainment even though Matt Damon looks like he is about to drop a load in his trousers at any time. Wholeheartedly recommended.
8/10.

My aim was to watch all 3 Bourne movies in quick succession. Which I did! This movie sets the pace as a fast, slick action thriller that immerses the viewer straight into the characters world of confusion and intrigue.
The story sees Jason Bourne (Damon) waking up with short-term memory loss with fragments of memories being triggered throughout the movie. He sets upon a mission to find out all he can, why his skills are so enhanced to kill, infiltrate and out smart his enemy - whilst trying to come to terms with his memory loss he's being targeted by his employers and law enforcement.
The plot is excellent, the acting and fight sequences are first rate, and backed by an complementative score and soundtrack that elevates the tension and excitement. ... Read More:

When I first saw this film I was shocked by just how gruesome the opening beach scene is. It made me want to watch the rest of the film with intent. I think the film itself is just a plain and simple blood bath 'horror' movie, which is what war is about, plain and simple. I've read other reviews saying the film has no plot but I don't think this degrades the film because if you want a big anti-war film, look no further. Not many other films I have seen make me less want to go to war.
The opening scene is argueably one of the best opening sequences in all of film history. It is also what the veterans themselves can call as close to the real thing but you're obviously safe, you've got a glass tv screen protecting you from all the flying lead, where as all the soldiers there ... this box set is one of the best box set we have seen in recent years....they are films that will be remembered for along time......its a change to what we usually see coming out of hollywood, like all the blood and gore films..or the none stop shooting ones ....... not that they arent good films they are its just good to see that they can produce something else for a change, with a great star studded cast ..i mean they gotta be good to have a star cast like they have ......and this is defintly a film for the ladies not so much for the plot but for the cast anything with matt damon, brad pitt and george cloney in gets my vote ...... i also think that how the plot always has a twist keeps u watching and wanting to no more ..its great how everything is unveiled at the end... i feel that the last ... This is one of my favourite horse films, I absolutely adore it and you will too. The animation is perfect and for once the horses don't talk. Have you ever noticed but most animals seem to talk or sing in animated films but not this one. You can still tell what the horses were feeling or saying. Spirit has eyebrows so you can tell what mood he was in. You could even guess what he was saying when he neighed e.g. when Spirit is captured his mother comes down to rescue him but Spirit neighs. It sounded more like a roar but I could almost imagine what he was saying. 'NO! STOP! What is the story - Spirit is a wild young mustang but when he is captured his life is turned upside down. He befriends an Indian and falls in love with a paint mare. But he is far away from home. This film was very touching, one moment ... Read More:

Just a heads-up to people that this DVD is non anamorphic. The picture quality is still pretty good considering, but it could have been much better..
