I am a great fan of Friends and although this isn't the best season out of the ten the mayhem and jokes are excellent and still intelligent and witty. The first episode (The One With The Jellyfish) begins with a recap of what happened at the end of series 3 with Ross dating a bald woman but falling in love with Rachel at the same time, leaving him stuck between whether to choose Rachel or his bald lover. Also, Phoebe finds out that her real mother is actually still alive but Phoebe wants nothing to do with her. The episodes in Season 4 are as follows: 1. Considering this box came out more than a year after the older (black) box set, you could be forgiven for thinking it was a newer, better box. Judging from the other reviews, this is not the case. It's just a new design. I see that most of the 1 star reviewers say their rating is not down to the show, which is one of the greatest sitcoms ever, but to the packaging, which is a rip-off. I completely agree. I assume that by "new design" the makers simply mean "fresh attempt to fleece loyal fans out of more money before Christmas". I mean how many "complete" boxes can you bring out before you make one that IS complete? Soooooooooo funny!! These episodes on this video are feel good, emotional(happy and sad) and hilarious. I am a huge fan of Friends but am positive that even if you aren't, you'll love these episodes. There is a mixture of story lines focusing around one main one which adds the emotion and humour. Some surprising things happen and definitely shocking.
