I first saw this film when I was on holiday and I thought it was brilliant. The excellent compatability of Devito and Schwarzenegger make this film even better. Why not a pregnant man? It's definately a funny idea. Yes, watch Arnie go through moods, cravings and pains as he carries through an experiment he should never have continued. Schwarzenegger is the most talented man. Thoroughly enjoyable film if you like heart-warming and funny stories.

Jimmy Neutron is cool, But his friends Sheen and Carl are even better, they really lend an air of comedy to this film. A must see for all!

This story is about a high flying successful couple whose marriage is on the rocks and only their material possessions and money seems to be holding them together. A sudden downturn on their finances sees them trying to escape the IRS (inland revenue in the UK)and they end up posing as Amish cousins in a remote Amish community. What follows are some very funny and very touching moments as Tim and Kirsty try to 'fit' in with the Amish way of life. It is not long before the simple ways get under their skin and they find joy in the simplest of pleasures. It is a very funny movie but with a feelgood factor ending which I haven't seen since "Wonderful Life". Not released in the uk yet but was available for rental on Video a few years ago. Very, very good family ... Read More:

Oh i love this film very much, it always has me in stitches. Comedy is quite hard to review, as it all depends on the individual and what him or her finds funny. But, come on, this is a classic - definitely a must-see. Cary Elwes is brilliant, playing the pompous slimy hero (more or less the same as his role as Westley in The Princess Bride) that you can't help but love (and laugh at). The supporting cast put forth top-notch performances and are perhaps more funny than the lead (most notably Roger Rees and Mark Blankfield). Basically, Mel Brooks is a comedy genius

Like so many films that have a sporting theme, "A League of their own" does follow a fairly predictable storyline. It has all the elements we've seen in so many films that have both gone before it and come after it; a team of nobodies, a rare old mixture of misfits and different personality types. There's the brass loud mouth, the sexy tart (with a heart of course), the plain shy one and so on and so on. The composition of the film is also pretty unsurprising with long montages of thrilling sports snippets and buddy-buddy hug scenes in the dressing room. Obviously the main difference this time is that the team involved is a female baseball team.
It's the Second World War and in fear that the draft of star Major League Baseball players into the armed forces ... Read More:
