I have to admit - as much as I love this show, somewhere around the middle of Season 3 I was wondering how long the House team could keep it going at the same quality. Although the personal lives of the team are ever in flux, at the heart of each House episode is the same structure. Mysterious case that gets wrongly diagnosed a number of times while House is derisive, Foreman is annoyed, Chase is belittled and Cameron's heart bleeds all over the joint. It's funny, but after a while that same formula was bound to run out of juice.

So when I saw that the team had all been fired or resigned at the end of the Season, I saw that the writers were way ahead of me and I was intrigued. The result is the most ridiculous and arbitrary kind ... Read More:

Over the years there has been some brillant BRITISH comedy this is up there with the best. This complete series is just amazing and so funny, for me this is just behind Faulty Towers and infront of Only Fools And Horses in the pecking order but everybody has there favorites which is only right. The only thing that really matters is this is worth every penny a must for anybodys DVD collection and remember it's BRITISH nobody touches us when comes to classic comedy, they might get the deckchairs but they won't better this.

On the surface this is a 'love story', although after you pass the half way point it reveals itself as more than that. It is in essence about how people believe what they are told, almost without question and how many of those people act on what they are told and not on observable facts. They are therefore open to manipulation.
This film should be required viewing for anyone called to be on a jury, because it is interesting to see the film maker use you the viewer and your preconceptions to make you believe things that are simply not true. It therefore shows how distorted people fabricate deceit around them... and all in the brightly colored, fluffy world of 'romance'. magic - go buy it.

The story of life in the village of Anatevka, in Russia, as told through the eyes of the Jewish milkman, Tevye (Chaim Topol).
All of life's emotions are in this film. Joy, despair, fear... All brought to life by brilliant acting, humour and song such as 'If I were a rich man', 'Sunrise, sunset'.
You cannot watch this movie and remain untouched by the plight of the Jewish people, as they sought to go about their business, but suffer bitter persecution for no other reason than being Jewish.
One of my favourite quotes is when a student asks the Rabbi if there is a blessing for the Czar. The Rabbi thinks, then smiles...'May God bless the Czar and keep him... far from us!'
This is a long movie at 3 hours, but it draws in you to such an ... Read More:

Compared to the most recent series, watching this DVD boxset really reminds me of how good ER used to be. Whilst now they rely on big stunts and guest stars there are some amazingly simple and subtle episodes in this series where the writing and the acting really just blow you away.
Points that really stick out for me are Abby's assualt, Elizabeth and Romano discussing Mark after they find out he is gong to die, Carter reading a letter from Mark to the rest of the ER and the fabulous Breakfast Club inspired episode 'Secrets and Lies.'
I think this is the series where you fall in love with Abby and the year that cements her as a classic ER character and I defy anyone not to shed a tear during Mark's illness. This is a series which will make you ... Read More:

This film is so funny and also at the end very romantic. The chemistry betwwen Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey is really good and the acting is belivable. The story line is original and unique with parts that will make you laugh and parts that will make you want to hide under the cushion 'casue of the cringiness she causes to him.

The story is basiclly about a girl who is a journalist and wants to write more serious stuff but her boss says that she can't, she comes up with an idea "how to lose a guy in 10 days", then he on the other hand agrees to a bet with someone that he can take someone that loves him to a party. I won't tell any more.!! But it's a completely enjoyable film. Maybe not for families but for a night in, or if you feel low ... Read More:

One of my friends recommended ER to me, and as I saw this for an extremely cheap price in the shop I thought; go for it. And I was very glad that I did.
ER season 7 I found absolutely amazing. I had lots of fun spotting the guest stars and what other shows they recurred on, and in season 7 there are lots to spot. Wentworth Miller is in the first episode at some point. Very interesting.
The acting talent has improved dramatically from season 6. With the exception of Carter, whom I'm almost 100% sure has the range of an egg. Nevertheless, this does not distract from what promises to be, and lives up to its expectations of one of the best seasons. Three characters from the first season still remain, Drs. Green, Carter and Benton. Dr. Green in particular, ... Read More:

When I was a kid, I had a tape with Big Buisness and Beetlejuice on, recorded off the TV. Both COMPLETELY different movies but I loved and still love both of them.

Big Buisness is one of THE funniest movies I have EVER seen, I NEVER get bored in the slightest watching it. I will say that Lily Tomlin is great as Rose (both twins) but Bette Midler steals the show and makes Big Buisness the movie that it is, I would actually say that Bette Midler and Sandra Bullock are equal as THE best comedy actresses EVER, her character, Sadie (again, both twins) is hilarious!

The movie starts with an upper class set of parents and a lower class set of parents both going to the hospital to have their kids, they end up in a very small and basic hospital and the nanny mixes the ... Read More:

This was a good film Wesley Snipes was awesome as the main character Nino Brown he was the despicable character in the film by far however he had charisma and commanded the screen during the scenes he had it was most probably the best performance of his acting career he seems to have degraded into the typecast action man role today which is a shame because he showed real talent here Ice T plays Scotty Appleton a police officer who desperately wants to bring Nino down his acting doesn't leave too much of an impression im afraid in some of the more intense scenes he seemed pathetic and was massively outshined by Wesley Snipes and some of the other actors the film is good if you want a decent little crime film but do not watch it expecting a Tarantino like film because it is nothing of the sort ...
