This film has to be one of if not THE best Disney film there is. The story is great, the voices perfect, the songs brilliant! My favourite song from Aladdin is probably Friend Like Me but that's because I love Genie. However, all the songs are great in this film, there's none that you roll your eyes to because Disney have that great way of including a lovely slowie into a film but still having the humour there (like with A Whole New World).
Loved this film when I was little and chuffed now that my littl'un loves it too. Great fun for family viewing and still funny for adults!

Its not often I bother to write reviews but I have enjoyed Prison Break so much I just have to write to say its the best tv I have ever seen. I was gripped from start to finish, sat on the edge of my seat and glued to the screen. Brilliant casting, superb acting and amazing writers. The plot twists and turns - its full of adventure along with cliff hangers in each and every episode. Its been worth every penny...I am completely hooked and now a huge fan.
After throwing a secret party for his son Chris's 12th birthday , Daniel Hillard (Robin Williams) lands himself in hot water with his wife Miranda (Sally Field) and she demands a divorce.
When Miranda wants to hire a housekeeper to look after the children, Daniel is outraged that Miranda would rather let a stranger look after the children than him so with a little help from his make-up artist brother, Daniel turns up to an interview as Mrs Doubtfire, a british nanny who has 15 years experience under her belt and is hired on the spot.
Mrs Doubtfire is a fantastic family film that is funny, sad and touching all at the same time.

This film is fantastic. I rented it and watched it 5 times before I took it back and then ordered one from Amazon. I'm not in the habit of watching films repeatedly, and neither are my family, but even as my sister watched it for the first time she said "can we watch it again when it's finished"!
Perfect casting for the kid, he's amazing... adorable. The story is entirely music based, and even being completely tone deaf, I loved the whole thing. Buy it, rent it, whatever, just give it at least one watch :-)

I absolutely love this film! It kept me glued to the screen for the entire film, something which not many films have done to me before. You come to love every single one of the characters, especially Forrest, because of his determination through the whole film.
This film is so many categories, you couldn't fit it into one. It made me both cry and laugh, lots! Though the things that happen with the film are very unlikely, the way it is set out makes it surpisingly believable!
It tells a great story, and even now, 14 years on from when it was released, this is an amazing film for all kinds of people.

Where to start in reviewing this truly fabulous film? A clever plot, a script full of laughs (with the odd poignant moment thrown in), and a top notch cast, this movie has it all. Robin Williams is a revelation as the gay nightclub owner and Nathan Lane is at his outrageously camp best as his partner - and frighteningly convincing in drag too! Gene Hackman delivers a terrific performance as the ultra Conservative senator a wonderful double act with his wife played by the superb Dianne Wiest. Look out for a young Calista Flockhart as their daughter, in her pre Ali MacBeal days. Hank Azaria is hilarious as the over the top manservant - and later, disastrous butler. The embarrassment factor is high and you'll be watching through your hands as the story reaches its diabolical climax. ... Read More:

Before they were quite so famous, two of the main cast of this superb film gave the performances that would kick their acting careers into the million dollar market.
The film itself will forever be a classic. Its simple and easy to relate to plot has you laughing, crying and remembering your own youth.
The main plot and character are a work of genius and really has your total attention through the whole film. It expands your mind to the further possibles of life and also those missed oppotunities.
So the story is amazing, the acting is fantastically believable and the film is crammed full of modern day superstars. What are you waiting for?!?
