I was a latecomer to 'House' but better late than never.
Hugh Laurie plays the miserable yet brilliant Dr. House with some style. You almost forget he is a Brit.
I have watched many hospital dramas - ER, St Elsewhere, Casualty, etc, as there is something uniquely engaging about the medical environment. Those series have been mainly dramas while House is something else. It's a part drama, part sit-com and part geeky medical show.
The basic premise involves patients being admitted to Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital with very mixed symptoms that complicate the medical diagnoses. House uses his talented young medical team to treat the symptoms but the patients usually take a turn for the worse upon ... Read More:

Prison break is an exciting series. Well thought out and well structured. It doesn't start as grasping as the series 24 but as it progresses the heat is turned on. It is consistent throughout the season and unlike the series Lost, everything you get to see will make sense at some point. Some characters play better then others off course but all the main once are well cast and there are no significant flaws spoiling the fun. Plenty of suspense, some subtle romance, friendship, hope, etc. enough to fill a season really worth watching.
5 stars would mean perfect and that would be difficult for a series to obtain. It needs to fill 22 episodes and this off course makes it hard to have every second count a 100%. The series continues and thus leaves ... Read More:

Excellent series, a shame and disgrace that's only available for Region 1 DVD's and only with Spanish subtitles. When do you expect to make available the Region 2 version??????

I've been a Fan of Leslie Nielsen since I first seen Airplane, I was a little bit apprehensive because I never heard of this movie but you'll find Leslie just as funny as ever in Family Plan. He doesn't play the Frank Drebin character from Police Squad but plays Harry Haber, a forgetful old man who's good nature infuriates nearly everyone he meets. This is a movie for any Nielsen fan and a great family movie you'll enjoy again and again.
