An Immaculate collection of videos that illustrates just why the Smashing Pumpkins were one of the most important and influential bands of modern times.

This DVD contains The Band's 17 Singles and 3 bonus live performances, as well as commentary by the band and outtakes from each video, that come together to give a thorough and rounded visual perspective of the band's career. The videos themselves all differ in visual style, themes, and content, and are the perfect accompaniment to the songs.

What is interesting about these videos is that for the most part, they were obviously not intended for commercial success, instead aiming at integrating the medium of film, and producing intelligent, meaningful work that would ... Read More:

I have admired Bjork from a distance as an original artist. However after hearing 'Venus as a boy' on a film track I decided to take the plunge and buy some of her music. This DVD was well reviewed so I thought this would be the one for me. I was not mistaken. This DVD is amazing! The music is great, the videos original and Bjork has a presence that is almost touchable. She is truly remarkable and I would recommend this DVD to all who want to experience
a true artist.

At last a video collection from this great band.

The videos are well made and stylish with Shirley Manson looking fantastic in all of them.

Kicking off with Vow it doesn't let up and the sound is superb via pcm stereo.

I saw them live a few years back and was blown away so roll on the live DVD next!

I have a slightly different angle on why this collection of promos is 'dissapointing.'

DVD is a fantastic opportunity to really give something worthwhile to the fans of a group like Massive Attack, and I feel that in putting only the promos on this has missed that opportunity completely.

So many Cd's now come with an accompanying DVD that includes the promos and so much more for free. (Such as Feeder's Pushing the Senses.) I look at how jam-packed DVD's from artists such as Moby and Depeche Mode are, and at the amazing Director's label DVD's such as Chris Cunningham, and this just pales into comparison.

Another reason to be dissapointed is Massive Attack are actually well known in the Art world, not just for their music, ... Read More:
